Research direction

Start in PowerToys Settings on the Home screen and reproduce the flow through the Shortcut Conflict button after creating a Windows 11-reserved extension shortcut. Trace how the conflict resolution updates shortcut state and how the Home screen builds its Shortcut List. Done means the list immediately shows the commands after the conflict is fixed.
