Description
### Description of the new feature / enhancement
An alternative to Cursor wrap, where moving the cursor against the left or right edge of the display slides the virtual desktop in the corresponding direction and puts the mouse on the opposite edge.
### Scenario when this would be used?
When using multiple desktops. This allows users to easily switch between desktops without needing to use a keyboard shortcut like Start+Tab or Ctrl+Start+Arrow keys. This ideally should allow windows to be dragged between desktops also.
### Supporting information
This is a feature included in the KDE Plasma desktop environment.
It includes adjustments on how long the cursor must be on the edge before triggering the desktop slide and whether this behaviour happens while dragging windows or not.

Research direction
Start by reviewing the KDE Screen Edges documentation linked in the issue, focusing on edge-trigger timing, virtual-desktop movement, and behavior while dragging windows. Done means moving the cursor to the left or right display edge switches to the corresponding virtual desktop, places the cursor on the opposite edge, and accounts for the described configuration options.
