Description

### Microsoft PowerToys version

0.100.0

### Installation method

PowerToys auto-update

### Area(s) with issue?

Command Palette

### Steps to reproduce

Enable Command Palette, switch on its dock bar and enable it on two monitors.

### ✔️ Expected Behavior

Both bars should look the same (position, width etc.).

### ❌ Actual Behavior

The dock bar on the secondary monitor is a huge window (50..60% of the display area) at the top edge and does not react to any position settings. Sometimes it can have normal size, but is still positioned incorrectly.

_No response_

### Additional Information

Windows 11 25H2 with all updates, Russian.

### Other Software

Possibly an interaction with the Taskbar on Top mod in Windhawk. The dock attaches itself to the taskbar and not to the screen edge if that particular mod is enabled.

Research direction

Start by reproducing the Command Palette dock bar with two monitors, checking the secondary display with the taskbar positioned normally and with the Windhawk Taskbar on Top mod enabled. Compare both bars' position, width, and response to dock settings; done means the secondary bar matches the primary bar and remains attached to the intended screen edge.
