Steps to reproduce

1. Open Microsoft Store on Windows.
2. Search for “Microsoft PowerToys”.
3. Click Install.
4. Wait for the installation to start.
5. The installation fails and Microsoft Store shows error code 0x80570008.

✔️ Expected Behavior

PowerToys should install successfully from Microsoft Store without showing an error.

❌ Actual Behavior

PowerToys fails to install from Microsoft Store.

The Microsoft Store shows the following error code:

0x80570008

Because of this, I am unable to install and open PowerToys.

This issue happens during installation from Microsoft Store.

I could not generate a PowerToys bug report ZIP file because PowerToys is not installed and does not appear in the system tray.

If maintainers need more information, I can provide screenshots of the Microsoft Store error screen and system details.
