Description
### Description of the new feature / enhancement
Need: As a user, I would love to be able to maximize a window extremely quickly / with ease / the less mental friction possible
(please read the UX scenario below for more context)
Suggestions/Idea:
▶ - Adding a Checkbox "Maximize/Minimize window with the modifier key + simple left click"
((- or, adding the option to map right-click-drag to: window movement but keep window maximized, and being able to map the resize on the middle mouse button, and being able to change which actions is mapped to which clic))
(Personnally I prefer the first idea, it's more useful in more different scenarii)
### Scenario when this would be used?
My UX flow:
I need very frequently to move a maximized window from one monitor to another. (but I want to keep it maximized)
As up today, I'm doing it with a Logictech mouse, where a click is dedicated to chain "Win+→ ; Win+→ ; Win+↑", and also another special click+move for min/maxing a window, but it's not ideal
- Being able to do it with just an Alt+Drag then click sounds amazing
- And being able to toggle minimize/maximize solo with a simple Alt+Clic without needing to aim the button also sounds incredible.

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are identified. First clarify which interaction should be implemented—modifier-plus-click, Alt-drag, or remapped mouse actions—then locate the existing window movement and mouse-action settings; done requires an agreed UX and verified maximize, minimize, and cross-monitor behavior.
