Description
### Description of the new feature / enhancement
Batch printing PDF's was a pre-Windows 11 context menu behavior that is sorely missed. Upon selecting multiple files, a "Print" option used to appear upon right click.
While this still exists for certain filetypes, (.docx, .pptx, .txt, etc), it seems to now exclude PDF's.
Would love to see this return through PT!
### Scenario when this would be used?
As someone who generates a lot of PDF's that all need to be printed, it would be super handy to have an easier way than opening up every single one individually.

Research direction
The issue names no PowerToys utility, file, test, or entry point. Start by identifying which utility integrates with the Windows context menu and how PDF files are handled, then verify the expected behavior with multiple PDF selections. Done means a Print option is restored for batches of PDF files without regressing other supported file types.
