### Steps to reproduce

1. Just put it in background
2. and press Win + I , switch windows preset theme from default dark(深色) to fluent (流畅，with a gray wallpaper),
> I seem to have clicked on the target theme many times.
> Sorry my win11 is zh_CN and I don't know what these themes' name in en_US. So I typed their name in my PC.
3. then a bunch of window jump out and tell me to report it in this web page.they seem to be same)

### ✔️ Expected Behavior

It should quietly stay in the background instead of poping up and startling me.

### ❌ Actual Behavior

It poped up an error message window and tell me to report it in this page and to attach it's log file
