Research direction

Start by reproducing the Keyboard Manager failure in PowerToys 0.99.1 using the listed remapping steps, then inspect PowerToysReport_2026-06-08-23-45-53.zip for diagnostic details. Done means configured key and shortcut remappings work on Windows 11 while the original key functions no longer execute.
