### Steps to reproduce

When _Power Display_ is enabled and the computer has multiple monitors, you cannot scroll down to the bottom to quickly change the diaply profile.

### ✔️ Expected Behavior

I was expecting to be able to scroll down and see the 👤↔️ icon letting me switch the display profile.

### ❌ Actual Behavior

Instead I am unable to scroll and see the rest of the widget that is cut off and I have to go into the _PowerToys_ settings to change display profiles.
