No meu monitor se passar de 89 a tela simplesmente apaga. Pois utrpassa o brilho máximo das configurações do monitor.

Start in the PowerToys Settings area and reproduce the Power Display behavior with a monitor whose usable range ends at 89. Done means manual minimum and maximum controls are available and values above the configured maximum no longer cause the display to blank; verify this with the reported monitor scenario.
