Description
### Description of the new feature / enhancement
If you go to about:config in FireFox and search for the setting "full-screen-api.ignore-widgets", and set it to true, if you then full-screen (F11 or maximise a video) while the window is snapped to a FancyZone, it treats the zone itself as the full screen.
It's **incredibly** useful.
Please make this functionality native to FancyZones so that it works for **all** programs please!!
### Scenario when this would be used?
For example if I have multiple trading windows setup across multiple zones, I want to full screen those to maximise my screen real estate as all the window UI is wasting space. I want to be able to snap different programs into different zones and run them in full screen in their zones.

Research direction
No PowerToys files or tests are named. Start by reproducing the Firefox behavior with a window snapped to a FancyZone, then inspect how FancyZones handles fullscreen and maximized-window events. Done means fullscreen-capable programs can hide their window UI while remaining confined to their assigned zones.
