### Steps to reproduce

I wired a new shortcut for the copilot key and it worked for a while after the update, but it doesn't anymore. I already switch the editors in the keyboard manager, deleted and rempaed, restarted my computer and turned keyboard manager of but nothing works.

None of my shortcuts work cause it says that i need to include, ctrl, alt, shift, win, but all of my shortcuts include that.
