Description

### Microsoft PowerToys version

0.99.1

### Installation method

PowerToys auto-update

### Area(s) with issue?

Grab And Move

### Steps to reproduce

Right-click and move the mouse horizontally while holding the Alt key.

### ✔️ Expected Behavior

- There should be a deadzone of, say, 10-20 pixels (ideally customisable) in each direction in which no resizing takes place.
- When the mouse is moved horizontally, it should always resize the window horizontally, even if the mouse was moved a few pixels vertically first.

### ❌ Actual Behavior

Often, instead of horizontal resizing, it will get stuck on vertical resizing, even if I move the mouse long distances to the left and right.

Research direction

Start by reproducing the Grab And Move behavior on Windows 11 using the reported Alt-key horizontal movement, then locate the Grab And Move implementation. Verify the resize-direction selection and movement deadzone against the expected horizontal behavior, including cases where a few vertical pixels occur first.
