Steps to reproduce

Required to reproduce: PowerToys running as administrator.

Install Brave browser with default installation settings, the default path to the EXE should be: "C:\Program Files\BraveSoftware\Brave-Browser\Application\brave.exe"

Setup a PowerToys Keyboard Manager shortcut (I used Win + Shift + Alt + B) to launch the Brave executable with argument --incognito

Attempt to use the shortcut. Observe error that the program brave.exe cannot be found.

✔️ Expected Behavior

Brave opens as a private mode browser.

❌ Actual Behavior

Either error that the program cannot be found (if "C:\Program Files\BraveSoftware\Brave-Browser\Application\brave.exe" was used as the path) or brave begins to load then crashes (if C:\Program Files\BraveSoftware\Brave-Browser\Application\brave.exe is used as the path, without quotes)
