Add Multiple Desktop Support to Workspaces

Maybe I couldn't figure out how, but it would be nice if Workspaces had support for multiple virtual desktops.

### Scenario when this would be used?

I work from my laptop quite a bit on the go. When not at my desk I swap to a virtual desktop layout to organize my (now single) screen space.

It's not much help, but this product (and all the Power Toys, IMO) are AMAZING! Thanks for all the hard work on these!

No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by reviewing how Workspaces currently handles desktop layouts and the existing discussion, then clarify the expected behavior for switching between multiple virtual desktops. Done should mean that Workspaces supports the requested multi-desktop workflow on a laptop.
