### Steps to reproduce

1. launch command palette
2. type a number
3. use an arithmetic operator
4. type another number
5. first recommendation isn't calculator which is stupid
6. for me it is either excel (last app opened) or folder search

### ✔️ Expected Behavior

Calculator should be first result because I am obviously doing maths. requiring the = to trigger the calculator makes this incredibly inferior to powertoys run
