Description

### Description of the new feature / enhancement

being able to customize live zoom in the same way as you can customize regular ZoomIt. Having customizing of animating zoom-in and zoom-out and customizing pixel smoothing of zoomed in with live.

Either this or having both regular ZoomIt customization and live zoom customization synced, just like how zoom level currently is synced between them.

### Scenario when this would be used?

in case someone wants to see an animation of something and wants to see the close-up of it without it being smoothed so that it look messy.
This is more likely to happen if you have a pixel style animation that is very small on the screen and you want to zoom in to see the close-up without the weird pixel smoothing.
Perks of having live zoom not having an animation for zooming in and zooming out would be to people that might get nausea from the zoom-in and zoom-out animation but just want to see something in a close-up without it being paused

Research direction

No files, tests, or entry points are named. Compare how regular ZoomIt and live zoom currently handle zoom level, animation, and pixel smoothing; done means live zoom supports equivalent customization or clearly synchronized settings, including disabling zoom animations and pixel smoothing.
