Description
### Description of the new feature / enhancement
allowing disabling/customizing of the drawing keybind for ZoomIt so that you can turn off the weird keybind that draws on ZoomIt that just mimicks the actual ZoomIt keybind but in a strange way.
### Scenario when this would be used?
If you have a custom keybind for live zoom that is Shift+H you are forced to have H as a drawing key even tho you obviously dont want that. So when you try to disable it you realize that you cant even disable it. This makes it nearly impossible to use unless you want to go in and disable ZoomIt everytime you want to hit the key H.
e. g. I want my live zoom without being forced to draw everytime I hit Ctrl+C, just because I chose to make my live zoom to be Ctrl+Shift+C.

Research direction
The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating ZoomIt's drawing-key handling and the existing live-zoom hotkey settings, then determine how disabling or customizing the drawing key should interact with conflicting shortcuts; done should include a clear configuration path and coverage for the reported key-conflict scenario.
