Changing Title Bar of cropped App Window to mininal (like Sticky Notes UWP) or invisible
so that someone can use it as an widget on the Desktop.

Recreating cropped Windows with Power Toys Workspace automatically.

Change cropped Window position and size - if Title Bar is invisible - with Power Toys Grab And Move (perhaps available now?)

Useful an an widget on desktop.

Save space with lesser Title Bar size on smaller (laptop) display.
