[PowerToys FancyZones] Editor won't open and it's also seeemingly unable to correctly identify my monitors

Open Fancy Zones Editor (admin mode or not) with either
a) keyboard shortcut
b) quick access button
c) Command Palette

### ✔️ Expected Behavior

Fancy Zones Editor opens

### ❌ Actual Behavior

Nothing.

In Command Palette [PowerToys -> Fancy Zones: Monitors] you can also observe no monitors are found (screenshot in german)

This happened out of nowhere. I hadn't used FZ for about 1-2 weeks, so I don't know when exactly it stopped working, but I changed nothing major on my system except updating to lates Nvida Graphics Drivers.

I tried uninstalling/reinstalling over both MS-Store and Github Installer,
as well as removing %localappdata%\Microsoft\PowerToys\FancyZones.
Rebooting the system and having PowerToys on autostart or not neither fixes it.

Start by reproducing the failure through the FancyZones Editor shortcut, quick access button, and Command Palette, then inspect the attached PowerToysReport ZIP for the FancyZones diagnostics. Check why Command Palette's “Fancy Zones: Monitors” finds no monitors. Done means the editor opens through each listed entry point and monitors are correctly detected.
