Research direction

Start by reproducing the Power Display brightness adjustment on the reported Dell AIO with PowerToys 0.99.1 and review the issue's Power Display area. Check how the Dell confirmation prompt is handled when the device has no buttons, and use the available bug report information if reproduction requires more diagnostics. Done means brightness can be increased on this hardware without an inaccessible confirmation step.
