Presentation Mode for Lectures/Teachers: Freeze, Crop, or Black/White Out Secondary Display

### Description of the new feature / enhancement

It would be extremely helpful if PowerToys included a "Presentation Mode" (maybe a better name) that can be easily switched on with a single click, specifically designed for lecturers and teachers using a single screen. The goals of this mode are:

- Mirror the main screen content to a secondary display
- Freeze the content on the second display independently of the main screen (allowing the presenter to prepare or change material without the audience seeing)
- Optionally crop to a specified region of the main screen
- Ability to instantly black out or white out the secondary display during the presentation with a shortcut/button
- Option to Invert the colors of the second display

### Scenario when this would be used?

Teachers or presenters who want to prepare new slides, notes, or switch windows without exposing unfinished content to the audience
Lecturers needing to highlight or restrict focus on specific parts of the content
The ability to "black out" or "white out" the screen for attention breaks
