Description
### Description of the new feature / enhancement
Left clicking the System Tray icon gives the user a "Quick Access" window. Clicking "More" gives a list of apps in a list called "All Apps". It contains the same list of apps/utilities that the PowerToys Settings \ Home page shows.
I believe BOTH of these lists should behave the same - like the one in Settings \ Home \ Utilities section - which takes you directly to the settings.
They should also be named the same.
### Scenario when this would be used?
Any time a user clicks an item in the "All Apps" list, it should open the main settings app to the appropriate page.
### Supporting information
This bonkers my UX mind. I repeatedly find myself on this page, about to click on the items in this list, but they are not clickable. Despite the fact in a "quick access" feature (ok, adjacent to, but it's behind "more"....).

Research direction
Start by tracing the Quick Access window's "More"/"All Apps" list and comparing it with the Settings Home Utilities section. Done means both lists use the same name and each item opens the corresponding page in the main settings app.
