Description

### Description of the new feature / enhancement

fix cmdpal sensor shelf extension not using the right icons, the icons should all be segoe fluent icons.
and the sensor shelf extension ui should be native winui3 (the "edit _____" popup)

### Scenario when this would be used?

looks off/not consistent and the popup ui looks bad

### Supporting information

the icons should be like other extensions like the performance extension which uses segoe fluent icons, and the popup ui should ui native winui3 (like its a native dialog (looks like the windows 11 "open with" dialog))

Research direction

Start by locating the Command Palette sensor shelf extension and compare its icons with those used by the performance extension. Review the existing “edit _____” popup and the Windows 11 “open with” dialog as references; done means the extension uses Segoe Fluent icons and the popup has a native WinUI3 appearance.
