I want to assign the "Pause/Play" button to "Ctrl + Shift + M" to be able to mute and unmute only for teams.exe.

Start in Keyboard Manager (KBM) by tracing how the Pause/Play button is configured and dispatched. Define the app-specific assignment behavior for teams.exe, then verify that Ctrl + Shift + M pauses and resumes only that application while existing assignments continue to work.
