Description
### Description of the new feature / enhancement
- Random Image for Command Palette:
I would like to request a feature where PowerToys Run random image in the UI of Palate Command every time the app is opened.
- Acrylic/Glass Material Effect:
I would like to see a translucent, blurred acrylic effect implemented in the "Dock". The expected behavior is a frosted glass effect similar to TranslucentTB
### Scenario when this would be used?
Random Image Scenario: Power users open the command palette dozens of times a day. Having a dynamic, random image adds a layer of personalization and keeps the workspace feeling fresh rather than static.
Glass Effect Scenario: The frosted glass material significantly improves aesthetics while maintaining readability. By blurring the background behind the dock/palette, the data and text presented stand out with better contrast, allowing the UI to blend seamlessly with any desktop wallpaper without looking intrusive
### Supporting information
Visual Reference: The requested material is similar to the TranslucentTB frosted glass effect
Note: Implementing this transparency would make the data displayed much more visually appealing and easier to read at a quick glance.

Research direction
Start by reviewing PowerToys Run and its Command Palette UI, then compare the requested frosted-glass behavior with the TranslucentTB reference. The work is complete only when both random imagery on opening and the acrylic/glass visual effect have specific, testable acceptance criteria.
