键盘管理器的新版编辑器开关会错乱。
### ✔️ Expected Behavior
预期编辑好键盘编辑器之后，关闭编辑器，开关的设定应该是按照最近一次开关的设定，不会自行发生错乱的变动。
### ❌ Actual Behavior
每一次编辑完编辑器列表的开关之后，关闭编辑器。然后在文本编辑器等普通工具键入按键，会发现按键输出的内容不符合预期，然后再次打开新版的编辑器，发现编辑器的开关已经发生了变动。至今我没有发现变动的规律，目前只好认为是未知规律的乱变。
