Steps to reproduce:
Open PowerToys → Power Display.
Drag the contrast slider to 0.
✔️ Expected Behavior
Contrast should reach minimum without making the screen entirely black, or show a warning/limit to prevent this.
❌ Actual Behavior
Screen turns completely black, although Power Display continues to run. Users can restore it by blindly moving the slider.
