Description

### Microsoft PowerToys version

0.99.1

### Installation method

PowerToys auto-update

### Area(s) with issue?

Grab And Move

### Steps to reproduce

SE5 uses the ALt key being held down for one of its function. The configuration of Grab and Move is set to Do not activate wehn Game Mode is on and Sniperelite5.exe has been added to Excluded apps. Nevertheless the Alt key does not work in the game.

### ✔️ Expected Behavior

When Alt is pressed and held in the game, the "focus" feature should activate resulting in the screen fading and hidden objects being shown. This works if Grab and move is disable, does not work if it is enabled.

### ❌ Actual Behavior

Screen does not fade.

Research direction

Start by reproducing the issue with Grab and Move enabled, Game Mode configured not to activate it, and Sniperelite5.exe excluded. Compare Alt behavior in Sniper Elite 5 with Grab and Move enabled versus disabled. Done means the game's Alt-based focus feature works while the exclusion and Game Mode settings remain active.
