### Steps to reproduce

1. Activate 'Mouse Without Borders' from PowerToys settings.
2. Connect to at least one device.
3. Enable `Hide mouse at screen edge` from the 'Mouse behavior' dropdown menu.
4. Move cursor to another device.

### ✔️ Expected Behavior

The cursor to completely hide without jumping and leaving a visual artifact.

### ❌ Actual Behavior

When the cursor leaves the device screen, on the same device the cursor jumps to the top-center of the screen and immediately disappears, but leaves a visual artifact as the following:
