Description

### Description of the new feature / enhancement

Twinkle Tray is a very useful utility that I have been using for years and I am very excited that a similar function has been integrated into power toys through Power Toys however the system tray icon is ambiguous and does not immediately convey its purpose (its just a grey rectangle). Having this be similar to Twinkle Tray (as it can be changed to a brightness icons) as shown in the image attached to "supporting information" would be extremely helpful and make the tool more intuitive to use.,

### Scenario when this would be used?

Used exactly the same as the system tray icon for Power Display (i.e being able to quickly scroll across it to change brightness and click to call on the flyout)

Research direction

Start by locating the Power Display system tray icon implementation and its existing scroll and flyout behavior. Compare the current icon with the attached Twinkle Tray examples. Done means the icon more clearly conveys brightness while preserving the existing brightness adjustment and flyout interactions.
