Description
Description of the new feature / enhancement
Microsoft for years has been pushing enterprises to go cloud native, and manage devices through Microsoft Intune. Many Microsoft products have Group Policy configurations, but do not have Intune Settings Catalog support (see VS Code)
While PowerToys is a step closer with the ability to do custom oma-uri, there are limitations in that aspect (does not work with AVD Multi-Session, is a pain to configure, etc).
PowerToys should be configurable through the native Intune Settings Catalog.
Scenario when this would be used?
Enterprise workstation management and configuration

Research direction
The issue does not name any files, tests, or entry points; begin by locating PowerToys' existing custom OMA-URI configuration and documenting which settings need native Intune Settings Catalog support. Done should mean PowerToys can be configured through the native catalog without relying on the described custom OMA-URI limitations.
