### Steps to reproduce

Running MS Word or Classic Outlook, Ctrl+Shift+8 is the toggle to show formatting marks, which often must be toggled to visible to be able to make certain edits (when they're not visible, Word assumes selections include them, even if it's necessary to exclude them when cutting or copying). This toggle reveals paragraph marks. spaces, tabs, etc. Zoomit running by default in PowerToys with default settings takes over Ctrl+Shift+8 as part of the new Snip - Scrolling screenshot update. This breaks a vital feature of MS Word and Classic Outlook.

### ✔️ Expected Behavior

If the text cursor is in Word or a Classic Outlook message composotion window, Ctrl+Shift+8 would still toggle the display in Word or Outlook, respectively, to show Paragraph marks, individual spaces (dot replaces space so countable), tabs, and other white space formatting.

If an application must take over the screen on a keypress, there should be some visual indication of what application is doing this so it can be found and changed if desired. E.g., it could flash "ZoomIt" or "PowerToys - ZoomIt" briefly on the screen as it dims prior to making a selection.

### ❌ Actual Behavior

ZoomIt intercepts the keypress and dims the screen for the user to draw a rectangle. Doesn't state what has taken over the screen so took a fair amount of trial and error to even find that ZoomIt within PowerToys was the culprit.
