Mouse Without Borders interferes with Rich Text in clipboard

### Steps to reproduce

After some time (10-20 minutes) the clipboard starts behaving erratically in Office and some other software:

- Formatting is discarded,
- Office apps show only "paste as text" option,
- context menu disappears when hovering over it,
- text is not copied sometimes
- clipboard history stops collecting new entries

Restarting PowerToys or just MWB seems to alleviate the issue at least temporarily.
Closing PowerToys or disabling MWB immediately resolves all clipboard issues.
