Description
### Microsoft PowerToys version
0.99.1
### Installation method
GitHub
### Area(s) with issue?
FancyZones
### Steps to reproduce
When the option to "move newly created windows to their last known zone" is ticked, and I maximise a window using the square at the top right corner between _ and X, it does not remember it.
### ✔️ Expected Behavior
When the option to "move newly created windows to their last known zone" is ticked, it only remembers this if I snap the window (for example if I move a File Explorer window to the top to put on the whole screen(maximize) - this is good.
### ❌ Actual Behavior
it does NOT remember the window size if I simply use the Maximise square button (next to _ and X at the top right corner of the window).
It gets very annoying as I prefer that way to maximise windows and it doesn't get remembered.

Research direction
Reproduce the issue in PowerToys 0.99.1 with FancyZones enabled and “move newly created windows to their last known zone” selected. Compare maximizing a window with the title-bar button against snapping it, and verify that the maximized window is restored to its last known zone after the behavior is corrected.
