### Steps to reproduce
1. Open the Keyboard Manager
2. Add a mapping (Win+A -> Win+N)
3. Save the Mapping.
4. Try out the mapping.
### ✔️ Expected Behavior
Notifications and Calendar Pane open up.
### ❌ Actual Behavior
- When it Partially works -
The Notifications Pane opens up but only when on Explorer or the Desktop. Otherwise, it first opens Quick Settings (default windows binding) which causes the explorer process to be now focused and as such, upon pressing it again it opens the Notifications Pane.
- When it is completely not working -
It never opens Calendar Pane.
