Enhance the Focus Management of Always on Top so that Text Input works better

### Description of the new feature / enhancement

Please ensure that the Focus Management for Text Input Works correctly on the Maximized App or any other open app when Power Toys Always on Top is there. Currently, the Focus directly shifts to the Desktop instead of the Next Open App. This makes the Text Input on the Desktop instead of the Other Opened App where the Text Input must go. Please enhance the focus management of the Power Toys when using Always on Top so that the Focus Management automatically shifts to the next open app instead of jumping onto the desktop.

This Enhancement should be applicable only when using Power Toys Always on Top Functionality.
