Description
### Microsoft PowerToys version
0.99.1
### Installation method
PowerToys auto-update
### Area(s) with issue?
ZoomIt
### Steps to reproduce
Using a dual monitor setup (in this case laptop with usb-c external monitor):
- activate ZoomIt on one display (ctrl 4).
- Move the mouse to the second monitor.
- Observe that the mouse pointer is not visible.
- Use double ctrl (find cursor) to see that it highlights the cursor position with no visible cursor.
### ✔️ Expected Behavior
I expect to always see the cursor on all monitors.
### ❌ Actual Behavior
The cursor was invisible on the second monitor while ZoomIt was active.

### Additional Information
OS version: windows 11 25H2 26200.8246
.net version: 10.0.107
System language: English US
user or system installation: system
running as admin: no
The cursor visibility returns when exiting the ZoomIt tool.
I was unable to screenshot this because prt sc and win-shift-s cancels the cursor finder.
I believe bugs 37549, 37290, are unrelated because they are using the draw function while this bug happens with zoom alone.

Research direction
Start with the ZoomIt implementation and reproduce the issue on a dual-monitor Windows 11 setup using the listed Ctrl+4 steps. Check cursor handling when moving from the activated display to the second monitor, then verify that the pointer remains visible on every display while ZoomIt is active and that existing cursor-finder behavior still works.
