Description
### Microsoft PowerToys version
0.99.1
### Installation method
PowerToys auto-update
### Area(s) with issue?
Grab And Move
### Steps to reproduce
Have a maximized window on desktop.
Enable resizing feature in Powertoys' Grab and Move
Press Alt + Right click and attempt to resize. For example, start at right bottom corner and drag it toward top left corner.
### ✔️ Expected Behavior
Rather than reducing the window on bottom and right side edges and resize towards top left, entire window will resize and users have to do multiple drags on all directions to make it desirable size and location.
Ideally, only one Alt + Right drag should be enough to resize a window, not multiple.
Look at AltSnap utility for reference.
### ❌ Actual Behavior
Rather than reducing the window on bottom and right side edges and resize towards top left, entire window will resize and users have to do multiple drags on all directions to make it desirable size and location.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the issue in the Grab And Move resizing feature with a maximized window, using Alt + right-click from the bottom-right corner. Trace the Grab And Move implementation that handles window-edge resizing and compare its behavior with the expected single-drag resize described in the issue; done means the window can be resized and repositioned as intended in one drag.
