Child Window Zones (Fancy Zones)

Snap child windows to there own zones thereby ignoring their own parents zone/

### Scenario when this would be used?

I have set up Fancyzons om 3 virtual desktops. Perfect.

However one appliction I use most at work requires that somepoint a child window will popup..this child window ends up the same size as the parent window (half the screen), I have created an apporpriately small zone for the child app but everytime I reopen (due to nature of the parent app it will close after 600 second..no j/k) the child windows snaps to the parent windows zone instead of the its own.

Start with the FancyZones child-window placement flow and reproduce the scenario across the three virtual desktops, using a parent window that closes and reopens its child. Done means the child window is placed in its own configured zone rather than inheriting the parent zone, while existing placement behavior remains unchanged for other windows.
