PowerNap, A quick sleep feature

### Description of the new feature / enhancement

The behavior is a simple key combination/System tray icon that quickly puts the system to sleep/hibernate (if enabled). Like sleep could be activated by using for example: Ctrl + Windows + S or right clicking a system tray icon. There are ways for quick sleep on some machines like a different key combination or typing "sleep" in PowerToys Run, or the start menu and so on. But this would be a great way to standardize the way people quickly people put their machines asleep on desktops. Also, this would be a great companion to Awake. Windows + X + U + S exists for some but it is very cumbersome and for me, it doesn't even work.
Existing Workarounds exist but they are inefficient, or they require modding rundll32.exe.

### Scenario when this would be used?

If you need to quickly put your PC/Desktop to sleep/hibernate without all the step,s and multiple clicks, or convoluted key combinations that some machines have, this would be a great way to standardize the way people quickly sleep their PC's. For me this would be a lifesaver for extra time, When I need to sleep a PC going to start of the alt + f4 menu takes all the more time.
