### Description of the new feature / enhancement

Power Display could theoretically emulate a display driver, to make Windows able to control the brightness of the screen:

### Scenario when this would be used?

Windows can do better power managment, if user was idle, Windows would firstly lower the brightness, and only after that disable the screens, just like in laptops
