Description of the new feature / enhancement
Windows automatically caches frequently used programs and files. A useful feature would be to be able to manually designate files to always be cached when there is available memory.
Scenario when this would be used?
Instead of relying on programs to persist themselves in memory, or for Superfetch/SysMain to guess at what files you want cached, it would be useful to be able to guarantee a speedup for designated files. For example, I have a folder of programs that individually I don't use super often, but collectively I use a lot, that I would like to eliminate first-run lag from.
