### Area(s) with issue?
Peek
### Steps to reproduce
First, I really love this app so thank you!
In my job I have to drag files from one folder to another. So I have to File Explorer windows open. I am dragging a pdf file from the right window to the left window. Once the file copies over to the left window into the few folder, the file is highlighted but when I click the space bar to activate the peek view, it does nothing. So I try to click the file to see if it will allow me to use peek but instead it tries to rename the file. So I have to click back into the other folder, use peek, then click back on the original file on the left window and then peek works.
### ✔️ Expected Behavior
I was expecting for peek to work on any file that is currently highlighted
### ❌ Actual Behavior
Peek doesn't work until I use peek on a different file in a different window. Even if I try to use peek on a different file in the same window it doesn't work until I use it for a different file in a different window.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the Peek failure after dragging a PDF between File Explorer windows, using the attached PowerToys report for context. Confirm whether Peek can activate for the newly highlighted file without first opening Peek elsewhere; done means the highlighted file opens in Peek immediately after the copy completes.
