1. The "Sticky" Edge (Wrap-around)
In a true dual-monitor setup, the mouse stops at the far edges of the combined desktop. In Mouse Without Borders, if "Wrap Mouse" is enabled, your cursor might fly off the right side of PC B and loop back to the left side of PC A.

The Fix: Go to PowerToys Settings > Mouse Without Borders and ensure "Wrap mouse at screen edges" is turned OFF to make it feel like a fixed, linear two-monitor setup.

2. Corner Navigation and Snapping
On a single PC with two monitors, you can snap windows to the "internal" edges. With Mouse Without Borders, the OS doesn't know the other screen exists, so you can't snap a window from PC A onto the screen of PC B.

The Reality: This is a technical limitation. Because they are two separate operating systems, you cannot "drag" a live window across the gap. You can only move the cursor and clipboard data.

3. Screen Misalignment
If your physical monitors are different sizes or resolutions, the mouse might "jump" up or down when crossing over.
