### Steps to reproduce

Every time I restart my computer, I have to set the settings on each monitor each time. I frequently disable and enable my secondary display, maybe that is related.

### ✔️ Expected Behavior

My monitor always has input control enabled and other settings across other monitors persisted.

### ❌ Actual Behavior

All settings are back to default, aka only the contrast slider is enabled for each display.
