Description

### Description of the new feature / enhancement

*English translation:*

Dear PowerToys development team,

I'd like to suggest adding a customizable left-mouse-button gesture feature to the Mouse Utilities module. The idea is to hold the left mouse button and drag up/down/left/right to draw a gesture that triggers common actions such as:

- Switch virtual desktop
- Copy
- Paste
- Pin/sticker (Crop and Lock / image pin)
- Text recognition (OCR)
- Minimize / resize window
- Trigger a keyboard shortcut
- Run a custom command/shortcut

I'd also like a configurable pixel drag-threshold setting to avoid conflicts with normal left-button drags (selecting text, dragging windows), plus an application exclusion list so the gesture can be disabled in games or design software.

This feature would greatly improve productivity for heavy mouse users. Thanks for the team's great work!

### Scenario when this would be used?

Research direction

The issue names the Mouse Utilities module but no files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating that module and its current mouse-input behavior; clarify the gesture actions, drag threshold, and application exclusion rules, then define completion criteria with the maintainers before implementation.
