Research direction

Start with the Power Display monitor-detection and brightness-control entry points, using the reproduction steps and attached PowerToysReport ZIP as the initial evidence. Reproduce the multi-monitor setup with the LG monitor, then verify that monitor appears in the brightness control list and can be adjusted without affecting the monitor that already works.
