1. Install PowerToys.
2. Set the app language **different** from the system language. In my case, Russian in Windows and English in the app.
3. Select Input & Output - Keyboard Manager.
4. Switch on the new editor.
5. Open the editor.
### ✔️ Expected Behavior
The editor window should follow the app language setting.
### ❌ Actual Behavior
The editor remains in the system language.
