Suggest about Grab and Move

### Description of the new feature / enhancement

First, the new enhancement should be the cancelation. In Windows, whenever users press the ESC key will cancel the moving window. So that the better thing it should have to confirm when to cancel the layout.
Second, there should be a setting which users can modify the saturation of overlay (appears with geometry showed).

When they want to cancel the movement, resizement and configure the transparent of overlay.
